McMILLIAN, Circuit Judge.
Timothy Edward Graham appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court for the District of Minnesota, upon a jury verdict, finding him guilty of two counts of making a false statement, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 152. The district court sentenced Graham to 30 months imprisonment, three years of supervised release, and a special assessment of $100.00.
