COLLOTON, Circuit Judge.

This appeal arises from a re-trial of Ronald Kenyon on charges that he sexually abused A.L., a child under the age of twelve at the time. At Kenyon’s first trial, a jury convicted him on three counts of aggravated sexual abuse and two counts of abusive sexual contact. We reversed the convictions based on the improper admission of hearsay testimony that prejudiced Kenyon, and remanded the case for further proceedings. United States v.
