Siders v. Gem City Concrete Co.

Tbis cause comes into this court on error from the common pleas. In the court below, plaintiff in error brought suit on an ordinary promissory note, against the defendants the Gem City Concrete Co., W. L. Blocher, A. F. Meeker and Philip J. Rot*482terman and C. E. Clark, endorsers on said note. The petition did not so state, but it afterwards appeared that said endorsers were at the time endorsement was made, directors of the said Gem City Concrete Co., and that they occupied the relation of accomodiation endorsers.
