|!Lonoke County and its county judge and quorum-court members (“the County”) appeal from the Lonoke County Circuit Court’s order issuing a writ of mandamus requested by the City of Lonoke and the Lonoke District Court (“the City”). The County argues that the circuit court erred in issuing the writ, as the circuit court misconstrued both a 1991 order entered by the circuit court and statutory amendments to Arkansas Code Annotated section 16-17-115. Further, the County argues that the circuit court erred in awarding attorney’s fees to the City. We affirm…
