Terry Hanners appeals an order of the Mississippi County Circuit Court granting summary judgment in favor of appellee Giant Oil Company of Arkansas, Inc. Hanners also appeals the circuit court’s order awarding attorney’s fees and costs to Giant Oil under Ark. Code Ann. § 16-22-308 (Repl. 1999). This is the second appeal of this case involving the interpretation of a purchase-option provision and the award of attorney’s fees and costs.
