hThe prosecuting attorney in Drew County filed an information charging the petitioner Louis Dudley Brown with having committed three felony drug-related counts on August 5, 2010. On October 17, 2011, October 24, 2011, and February 15, 2012, petitioner filed four pro se pleadings in those proceedings.1 Of the two pleadings filed on October 17, 2011, one challenged the court’s jurisdiction, asserting that the court was limited to hearing equity cases, and the other purported to claim petitioner’s citizenship and assert his civil liberties.
