SAND, District Judge.

This application for attorney’s fees follows over a quarter century of efforts to obtain social security disability benefits on behalf of Leslie Edwards (“Edwards” or “Plaintiff’), a significant portion of which postdates the death of Mr. Edwards him self. 1 Although Edwards did eventually obtain a portion of the benefits he sought, the Court denies the fee application.
