MEMORANDUM OPINION
WILSON, Chief Judge.
Plaintiffs bring this action for securities fraud against defendant Trex Company, Inc. (“Trex” or “the Company”), and individual defendants Robert G. Matheny, Roger A. Wittenburg, Anthony J. Cavan-na, and Andrew U. Ferrari (collectively “individual defendants” and, along with Trex, “defendants”), all of whom serve as senior officers and directors of Trex. Plaintiffs seek to represent a class composed of all persons (other than the officers, directors and employees of Trex or its subsidiaries, affiliates and privies) who were damaged by purchasing Trex…
