The Plaintiffs bring this class action on behalf of all persons who purchased common stock of Blyth, Inc. (“Blyth”), between January 13, 2012 and November 6, 2012, alleging violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”). The Plaintiffs bring their claims under Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Exchange Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 78j(b) and 78t(a), respectively, and Rule 10b-5, 17 C.F.R. § 240.10b-5, promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) pursuant to Section 10(b).
