On January 30, 2007, Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc. (“Rimkus”) sued Nickie G. Cam-marata seeking to enforce noncompetition and nonsolicitation covenants in an employment agreement Cammarata signed and to enjoin him from using or disclosing trade secrets and confidential information. This suit was filed after Cammarata had sued Rimkus in Louisiana seeking a declaratory judgment that the noncompetition and non-solicitation provisions in the employment agreement were invalid.
