This matter originally came before the court upon the trial of a nondischargeability complaint filed by Commercial Factors of Salt Lake City, Inc., (Commercial Factors) against Kent D. Jensen and Carol A. Jensen pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2)(A) and 523(a)(4). 1 During the course of the trial, the court dismissed all claims for relief against Carol A. Jensen.
