MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

JAMES B. HAINES, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.

Plaintiffs’ complaint, brought pursuant to § 523(a)(3)(A) and § 523(a)(3)(B) seeks a determination that Matthew P. Leahy’s (“Le-ahy”) obligations established by State of Maine’s Workers’ Compensation Board de- erees survive his Chapter 7 discharge. The parties have submitted the case for decision on a stipulated record. For the reasons set forth below, I conclude that the obligations at issue do not endure. 1
