In this negligence action, plaintiff, Kenneth G. Snook, appeals the trial court's judgment holding that defendant, Joyce Homes, Inc., was his statutory employer, rejecting his constitutional challenge to section 8-41-401(8), C.R.9.2008, of the Workers' Compensation Act (Act), concluding that Snook's claims were limited to $15,000, and dismissing his claims with prejudice. We affirm.
