Petitioners, Constellium Rolled Products Ravenswood, LLC (“Constellium” or “the company”) and Melvin 'Lager (hereinafter “CEO Lager” or “the CEO”) appealed the September 3, 2013, final order of the Circuit Court of Jackson County. In its order, the circuit court denied Constellium’s post-trial motion for judgment as a matter of law or for a new trial following a jury trial. ■ The jury awarded respondents Sharon Griffith and Lou Ann Wall compensatory damages in the amount of $250,000 each and punitive damages in the amount of $250,000 each for their hostile work environment…
