¶1 This is an original proceeding in this Court involving an application for a writ of supervisory control. The Petitioner, Safeco Insurance Company of Illinois (Safeco), one of the defendants in the underlying action, seeks review of the District Court’s February 2, 2000 order, which granted summary judgment in favor of the Plaintiff, Pete Hill *125(Hill) on his declaratory judgment claim against Safeco.
