OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS

I. INTRODUCTION

In this one-count negligence action, Plaintiff Brenda Allen claims that Defendant Spirit Airlines is responsible for her injuries resulting from a blood clot that formed in her left leg after her flight experienced a two-plus hour flight delay on the tarmac at Detroit Metropolitan Airport.
