This cause is before the court on the separate motions of plaintiff American National General Insurance Company (American National) and plaintiff-intervenor State Farm Fire and Casualty Company (State Farm) for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Defendant L.T.
