Aybike Kortan, a Clinical Staff Psychologist for the State of California Department of Youth Authority (CYA), appeals the summary judgment entered in CYA’s favor on her action under 42 U.S.C. § 2000e alleging hostile work environment, retaliation, and gender discrimination.
