ORDER
ALLEGRA, Judge:
On September 7, 2011, CRAssoeiates, Inc. (CRA) filed a complaint in this court seeking to enjoin Spectrum Healthcare Resources, Inc. (Spectrum) from performing on a health care contract that it had received from the U.S. Army (the Army). This court had enjoined a prior award of this contract. See CRAssociates, Inc. v. United States, 95 Fed.Cl. 357 (2010). After that decision, the Army conducted further rounds of discussions with the parties and, after evaluating revised proposals, awarded the contract again to Spectrum.
