MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER RE: APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN TRUSTEE AND DEBTOR

On April 29, 1986, the Trustee, Joseph S.Y. Hu, filed an Application for Approval of Agreement Between Trustee and Debt- or. In the Application, the Trustee seeks approval of an agreement between Trustee and Debtor whereby, in consideration for the Trustee’s forbearance of any opposition to the Debtor’s Motion to Dismiss, the Debtor would pay to the Trustee his hourly charges and costs, or $1,981.25 and $86.22 respectively.
