MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT

This joint motion, which seeks approval of a proposed settlement that, inter alia, would withdraw and release certain claims between the Raytech Corporation and Raymark estates, was filed on March 13, 2001. See Rule 9019(a) F.R.Bankr.P. The settlement proposes to resolve the last major impediments to the consummation of Raytech’s Second Amended Plan of Reorganization (“Plan”).
