The petitioner, Cara New, appeals the October 10, 2012, order of the Circuit Court of Logan County, which granted the motions to dismiss of the respondents, GameStop, Inc., Aaron Dingess, and David Trevathan (collectively referred to as “GameStop”), pending the petitioner’s submission of her claims to final and binding arbitration. On appeal, the petitioner argues that she did not enter into a valid arbitration agreement with GameS-top. Nonetheless, she argues that even if this Court determines that a valid arbitration agreement exists, the agreement is still unconscionable and unenforceable.…
