The plaintiff, Clarice Neumann, appeals the Trial Court’s (Smukler, J.) rulings in her equity action challenging the voting practices of the defendant, Village of Winnipesaukee Timeshare Owners’ Association, Inc. (VWTOA). We affirm.

The following facts were either found by the trial court to be undisputed for purposes of the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment, or are supported by the record.
