The petitioner, New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority (NHHFA), appeals a decision of the Superior Court (Nicolosi., J.) granting summary judgment in favor of the respondent, Pinewood Estates Condominium Association (Pinewood), and awarding attorney’s fees to Pinewood.
