HEANEY, Senior Circuit Judge.
Walter W. Salts appeals from the district court’s grant of summary judgment to the Secretary of Health and Human Services (Secretary) in Salts’s action for judicial review of the Secretary’s decision to deny Salts’s claim for Social Security disability insurance benefits and Supplemental Security Income (SSI). We reverse and remand to the district court with instructions to remand to the Secretary. On remand, the Secretary shall complete the record and make a new determination of Salts’s eligibility for benefits.
