Lokai Holdings LLC ("Lokai," "Plaintiff," or "Counter-Defendant") brings this action for trade dress infringement, unfair competition, and false advertising against Defendants Twin Tiger USA LLC, Twin Tiger World Markets Ltd., Rory Coppock, and Troy Coppock (collectively, "Defendants," "Twin Tiger," or "Counter-Plaintiffs").
