The above entitled matter came before the Court for trial on October 20, 2008, on plaintiff trustee John Hedback’s multi-count amended complaint against defendants David Tenney, Daniel J. Hill, a/k/a D.J. Hill & Associates, and D.J. Hill & Associates, Inc., arising out of the defendants’ pre-bankruptcy actions as directors and officers of the debtor.
