Appeal from a judgment entered against the three defendants on April 25, 1927, for $1,935.37.

Defendants Andrew Jarvi and Gust Lahti were copartners, doing business under the firm name of Jarvi & Lahti. This action was brought to recover on 17 wage claims, one of which was originally the plaintiff’s and the others owned by him by virtue of assignments. Jarvi & Lahti were the owners of a quantity of timber which they desired manufactured into lath. Defendant Parviainen owned a portable lath sawmill.
