MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON WEBSTER FIRST FEDERAL CREDIT UNION’S OBJECTION TO CONFIRMATION OF PLAN AND DEBTORS’ MOTION TO AMEND SCHEDULE A

The debtors, John and Maureen Sarno, and their second mortgage lender, Webster First Federal Credit Union (“WFCU”), are embroiled in a dispute over the value of the debtors’ home in Auburn, Massachusetts and whether WFCU’s mortgage on the home maybe stripped off.
