The defendant, New York Life Insurance Company, (“NYLIC”), brings this motion for summary judgment pursuant to Fed.R. Civ.P. 56 against the plaintiff, Evelyn Deloris Bray, (“Bray”), claiming that Bray’s employment discrimination action is barred by the federal Full Faith and Credit Statute, 28 U.S.C. § 1738 (1983), and the common law doctrine of res judicata.
