Evelyn Deloris Bray appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Duffy, J., granting defendant’s motion for summary judgment and dismissing her employment discrimination claim. The decision is reported at 677 F.Supp. 127 (S.D.N.Y.1987).
