BROTMAN, District Judge:
This case concerns commercial relationships in the natural gas industry, an industry whose character has changed drastically in the past decade due to volatile market forces and federal regulation. In an earlier decision, this court dismissed antitrust claims against an interstate pipeline company by investors in production companies which drill for natural gas and sell it to the pipeline.
