In the above condemnation proceedings we have now to consider the issue on the merits between the Government and Mrs. Kate Jackson Crichton, Thomas Crichton, Jr., Mrs. Kate Crichton Gredler, and Powell Crichton, on the one hand, and between the Government and Moore D.
