Plaintiffs, alleging that they were the true and lawful owners and in possession of the'N. % of the S. % of section 19, township 7 S., range 10 E., containing 162.-98 acres, sued the defendants for damages for trespass thereon by cutting and removing timber, and enjoining them from committing further acts of trespass. Plaintiffs alleged title derived from George Koepp, Jr., as per recorded deed of date September 25, 1905. ,
