This appeal challenges the propriety of a non-suit directed at the Mercer circuit. The plaintiff, an employe of defendant corporation, when in a public street near to and about to enter defendant’s premises on his way to work just before seven o’clock a. m., was injured by an explosion which occurred on said premises. At the trial he was the first, and, as it turned out, the only witness called, and these facts appeared by his testimony. He gave no evidence as to the cause of the explosion, but said he was stunned and rendered unconscious,…
