The Johns Hopkins University, The Johns Hopkins Health System Corporation and Johns Hopkins International filed this suit against Al Reem General Trading & Company’s Representation Establishment on October 8, 2004, seeking both a declaratory judgment that a 1998 Business Development Agreement is invalid and damages for Al Reem’s breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing related to their 1999 Business Development Agreement.
