Plaintiffs Millennium Inorganic Chemicals, Ltd. (“Millennium”) and Cristal Inorganic Chemicals, Ltd. (“Cristal”) (collectively “plaintiffs”) brought suit for declaratory relief, breach of contract, and bad faith for wrongful denial of insurance coverage against its insurers, defendants National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, Pa. (“National Union”) and ACE American Insurance Co. (“ACE”) (collectively “defendants”), and against insurance broker Marsh USA, Inc.
