Appellant attacks his conviction for armed robbery and assault with a dangerous weapon on the grounds that (1) he was compelled by the court to stand trial in prison garb contrary to the Supreme Court’s recent decision in Estelle v. Williams, 425 U.S. 501, 96 S.Ct. 1691, 48 L.Ed.2d 126 (1976), (2) he did not receive constitutionally effective assistance of counsel at his trial in light of his attorney’s failure to conduct pretrial investigation, call a key witness in defense and move to suppress certain identification evidence, and (3) the prosecutor’s closing argument…
