This action is brought to restrain the infringement of letters patent No. 752,903, granted to the complainant on February 23, 1904. The invention, as stated in the specification, relates to “dredges for salt, pepper, flour, etc., but *290more particularly for salt, and has for its prominent object the production of an article of the character described, which, while being simple and efficient in construction, also involves features of hygiene and cleanliness not heretofore presented by articles of this class.”
