On March 21, 1922, the plaintiffs delivered to the defendant at Corydon, Iowa, a carload of horses, comprising 21 in number, for shipment to Morning Sun. The horses were loaded at Corydon at about 5 P. M., and were delivered at Morning Snn at about 6 P. M. on March 23d. On the next morning after tbeir delivery at Morning Sun, it was found that some of the horses were suffeidng from influenza. On the succeeding days, others were found similarly afflicted.
