In this consolidated appeal, Brice E. Bennett, Jr., appeals from the judgment of sentence imposed on September 26, 2014, in the Court of Common Pleas of York County, following his conviction by a jury on charges of defiant trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia, 1 and by the judge on the summary offense of public drunkenness.
