Michael Bunker (“plaintiff’) appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court 1 for the District of Minnesota in favor of Kenneth Meshbesher (“Meshbesher”) and the law firm of Meshbesher & Spence, Ltd. (together “defendants”), upon a summary judgment dismissal of three counts in plaintiffs complaint, Bunker v. Meshbesher, No. 3-94-1567 (D.Minn.
