PETERSON, Justice.
Defendants Vera Hill and Margit Deutsch appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiff Material Movers, Inc. in this suit to recover damages for breach of a construction contract. The principal issues presented are whether the trial court committed reversible error by excluding certain evidence relating to the parties’ agreement and by refusing to instruct the jury that the doctrine of substantial performance has no application where deviations from a contract are intentional.
