This case is before me under section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), .to review the final determination of the Secretary denying plaintiff the surviving child’s benefits which she is seeking. Plaintiff has exhausted the administrative channels, and this case is properly before me for review. The AU determined that the plaintiff, Yvonne McBride, an infant, is not a “child” for the purposes of 42 U.S.C. § 416(h)(2)(A) or (B) or 42 U.S.C. 416(h)(3)(C).
