LUNGSTRUM, District Judge.

Plaintiff Sherilyn Younger, on behalf of her children, claimants Kia R. and Tia L. Younger, appeals the district court’s decision affirming the Secretary’s ruling denying her request for children’s benefits under the Social Security Act. Claimants’ applications were denied both initially and upon reconsid eration. After a de novo hearing, the administrative law judge (ALJ) also denied their request.
