River Street Donuts, LLC (“River Street”) appeals an order of the district court affirming a decision of the Administrative Appeals Office (“AAO”) which had affirmed the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services’ (“CIS”) 1 denial of River Street’s employment-based visa petition to legally employ a foreign worker, Farag Mohamed (“Mohamed”) as a skilled worker in the position of head baker/supervisor in its donut baking facility.
