OPINION REGARDING THE CHAPTER 7 TRUSTEE’S SECOND MOTION FOR APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT

This case is before the Court on the Chapter 7 Trustee’s motion entitled “Chapter 7 Trustee’s Second Motion Pursuant to Fed. R.
