1. Introduction
In these two adversary proceedings, which were consolidated for purposes of pretrial proceedings and trial,1 the Plaintiffs seek denial of Debtor/Defendant Michael E. Mclnerney’s (“Debtor’s”) discharge in his Chapter 7 case.2 Charles E. Becker, Becker Ventures, LLC, and Charles E. Becker, Trustee under Trust Agreement of Charles E.
