OPINION
WEISBERGER, Justice.
This case comes before us on appeal from judgments of the Superior Court in favor of the plaintiffs, who had brought action to recover from the defendant for violation of implied warranties of habitability. In response to the claims of plaintiffs Richard and RoseMarie DeJoseph (the DeJosephs) and plaintiffs Ronald and Beverly Lacey (the Laceys), jurors rendered a verdict in favor of each set of plaintiffs in the amount of $22,000.
