Husband and wife claimed damages for injuries to the wife resulting from defendant’s alleged negligent driving an automobile. The jury returned a verdict for the wife but, somewhat inconsistently, found for defendant in the husband’s case. The learned court below entered judgment for the defendant- notwithstanding the verdict for the wife; she has appealed,— he has not. ; i ■
